Featuring Elevate™ technology, these knives improve hygiene and minimise mess with weighted handles and integrated knife rests that keep blades from touching the work surface. The set includes a 3½” paring knife, a 4½” serrated knife, and a 6½” chef's knife, all made from Japanese stainless steel with ergonomic handles for comfortable use.
