Product Information: The Makita model 5008MG 210mm professional quality lightweight circular saw is an excellent power tool for use within the carpentry or construction trades. The powerful saw is designed to be used using both hands; the comfortable side handle and non-slip elastometer that is fitted to front and rear grips, and levers for increased comfort and control makes this easier and safer as you will have more control while working.

Easy to read cut-depth scale with the two numbers most frequently used, 19mm (3/4") and 13mm (1/2"), stamped in larger size.
Electric brake
Maximum cutting depth of 75.5mm (3")
Built-in job light using twin LED light
Tool weight has been reduced by using magnesium die cast for base, blade case and safety cover.
