The ergonomic soft-touch handle of the Microplane zester/grater provides a firm and comfortable grip whilst a rubber foot provides an anti-slip grip when needed.
Perfect for zesting lemons, limes and oranges. Also great for mincing ginger and garlic and for grating nutmeg and chocolate.
Specifications: The Microplane Premium Classic Series Zester/Graters can be cleaned easily by hand but can also be cleaned in a dishwasher. Provided with a protective cover for safe storage.
