This Spanish tapas chilli gets hotter as it matures, the seed can be sown & grown indoors. The Padron chilli is also known for Chilli roulette, where 2 in every 10 fruits are hot! It is an ideal ingredient in stir-fries.

If you prefer a milder flavour then pick these peppers when they are young & green for a milder flavour.
