Product Information: Zinsser B-I-N Primer Sealer is a shellac-based primer, sealer and stain killer. It is ideal for use on interior surfaces and for spot priming exterior surfaces. This primer adheres to glossy surfaces, including glass, without the need for scuff sanding. It blocks stubborn and persistent stains. This primer also blocks all kinds of odours, from smoke and fire damage to pet and nicotine. Its dry time is 15 minutes and can be recoated in 45 minutes.
