Product Information: Since 1946 professional decorators have been using B-I-N Primer Sealer to seal the worst stains and block the worst odours.
Today, over 70 years later, it is still the ultimate performance primer. B-I-N has a unique shellac based formula which gives it unsurpassed stain killing power – water stains, smoke damage, crayon – you name it, B-I-N will block it.
In addition to blocking the stain, B-I-N also permanently blocks the odour – another great ‘plus’ particularly for restoration work after flooding or fire damage.
