Product Information: Bulls Eye 1-2-3 can be used under or over any oil or latex paint and will bond to virtually any surface i.e gloss paint, PVC, ceramic tiles, glass, lead, galvanised metal without the need of sanding.
Water based,Interior and exterior use, Bonds to all surfaces including glossy and hard-to-paint surfaces such as ceramic tiles, galvanising, aluminium, glass, gloss paint, PVC, lead, etc.
Compatible with water-based or oil-based top coats, Seals all porous surfaces, Superior stain blocking, Low odour, fast drying and tintable, Dry film is breathable and flexible, Resists cracking and peeling, Theoretical coverage 10m²/ltr.
Universal interior and exterior, water-based, primer-sealer.
Excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces.
Rust inhibitive - great for new metal.
